Amy has a extensive knowledge of the area and the business. Her high energy and electric personality carry through the entire process, including the showings. She tries to be at every showing to highlight all of the positives of the property and location. She helped us through a failed first offer because they were first time home buyers and had a less seasoned agent. She calmly regrouped us and we quickly had new offer for more money.

Amy was incredible. We had the house on the market with a different broker for 8 weeks without a single offer. We met with Amy to consider a change and she laid out her plan to sell the house. She has a playbook. We pulled the house for 2 weeks to get it ready for the new listing with Amy. The house was RE-activated and had a showing within an hour and a contract within the day. Those buyers ended up not qualifying and the contract dissolved on a Monday and we had a full cash offer on Tuesday. So the other Naperville broker had zero offers in 8 weeks and Amy had 2 within days. Most importantly she made the entire process all the way through closing very easy. She was prepared and did a good job keeping my wife off the ledge after the first buyer canceled.she nurtured the buyers at our open house and sold it a week or so later.
